Parents are responsible for their children at all times
No axes or power saws allowed
Provided saws are very sharp, please use them with caution. Wearing gloves is recommended
Watch for irregular ground and stumps
Watch for pedestrians in parking and driveway
No smoking allowed
No vulgar language
No professional photography without prior consent. (please see the photography section) Customers are welcome to take personal photographs!
Vehicle driver is responsible for ensuring security of tree on/in their own vehicle.
Cross Timbers is not responsible for any damages, theft, or other situations involving one’s personal property upon entering our farm.
By entering our property you agree to give Cross Timbers permission to take photographs and videos of you at our location to be used for marketing and advertising. This includes, but is not limited to, social media networks and other promotional materials.
